Ingredients:

ABAVA blackcurrant dessert wine 60ml
Cointreau orange liqueur 15ml
Freshly squeezed lemon juice 15ml
2 tbsp. Quince sorbet or other berry sorbet

Preparation:

Combine the ingredients in a shaker with the sorbette, add ice and shake, strain into a rocks glass.

Garnish:

Berries, mint leaves.
