Information on the exercise of the right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The right of withdrawal expires after 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. If the expiry date falls on an official public holiday, the right of withdrawal shall be exercised up to and including the working day following the expiry date.

- must be informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. You can use the model withdrawal form above, but it is not obligatory.

For the right of withdrawal to be respected, it is sufficient if you send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the right of withdrawal.

Consequences of exercising the right of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred because you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not be charged any fee in connection with such refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods or hand them over to Abavas Dārzi Ltd. Address: +371 26630022 E-pasts:veikals@abavas.lv without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The time limit will be met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 day period.

You will be liable for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any depreciation in the value of the goods if the goods have been used for purposes other than to establish the nature, characteristics and performance of those goods. The goods shall be used for the purpose of inspection to the extent that it would have been possible to do so in the shop.

If you want to return a product the purchase of which provided you with a gift (e.g. you received a gift for a certain purchase amount or purchase of a certain product), you must also return the gift you received. The gift must be unused and undamaged. If you choose not to return the gift, its value will be deducted from the amount returned.
